What order would you recommend?

A month ago I had a nightmare disease breakout in the 180RR and killed almost all of my fish. The only thing that's left from the disaster is a pair of cleaner wrasse.
Long story short I am preparing to restock in the next month and half.

I think the last time around I made the mistake of overstocking the tank. So I am planning to stock it "light" this time. And here are the few fish I am narrowing down to. What do you think of this order or introduction?
Existing:
2X cleaner wrasse
2X juvi maroon clownfish

To Add:
1X sand sifting goby+pistol shrimp combo
3X Bartlett Anthias
1X Mystery Wrasse
2X female Watanabe Angel
1 Tang
(undecided of the species, debating between Kole, Yellow, Purple Tang, Mimic Tang, or combination of any two at the same time)

Total of 13-14 fish, and then I am DONE stocking it with fish. Any suggestion on the intro order and the livestock size for the 180 would be appreciated.

Basic info:
180G RR + 75G sump is the main display
75G RR+ 29G sump QT

How many of those fish can I put in the 75G QT at the same time?
Thank you for your input.

What order would you recommend?

Did you restart the tank? If yes goby and shrimp second to last. Same if you used medication. If you let everything die off and the tank is really mature...Your order as enumerated sounds good!

Thank you Ginpang,
sorry I should have specified: the tank is mature. All sick fish were previously removed to a hospital tank for medication while the tank continued to run fish-less so there were no reset.
