What Product For A 46gal Bow Front?

What stream or power head would you recommend for a 46gal bow front? I had the 6100 Stream, but it was WAY too powerful!!!

I think a 7300/2 for most cases, a solid SPS reef might be better off with a 6000 or 7400/2.
