What pump for my chiller

Can someone tell me what pump I should run on my 1/5 arctic chiller.. I have a 90 gallon. I run a sump in the first chamber fuge in the second and my return in the third chamber. Not sure how to do this

I am not sure if dropping the pump in with the skimmer and then return into the same chamber or the third. If I return in the third that water would bypass my fuge... Can someone please explain how they have theirs setup. Thanks

I have my return pump going right into the chiller and then into the tank, one pump, works great.
