Could be what folks call mean greens or Nuclear Halos' that's what I see people name them.

What are those other small 'nems with them on that rock, I have these popping up allover my Nano. They aren't Majano's , some kind of rock anemone?

If your talking about the polyps with your meangreens... those are NEOZOANTHUS.

Are they a pest? I have individuals popping up all over the place and not sure I like them that much so would like to keepr them under control.

Nah they're polyps. I used to keep a couple of them. Some turn nice blue while some have blackish/purple looks nice. Its on you, you can frag them and trade them if you don't like them.
