What regulator are you using on your CaRx on your SPS tank

Looks nicer then the JBJ as JBJ uses some brass parts versus chrome. But I am jusing the JBJ as I got it free.

Using the aquariumplants.com's own regulator. It does carry 3 year warranty which is 6x more than some regulator.

Cannot get bubble count stable for the life of me.

Yesterday it was at 30 bubbles per minute.

This morning it just jumped to 70 bubbles.

Not good. I'm calling the get an exchange right now. Hopefully the next one will be decent.

*edit* I just called aquariumplants and Mark is helping me making a few adjustments to get the bubble count stable. So we'll see.

My reactor does not have a bubble counter built in, it was built in to my first reg.

In all honesty, I believe I just need a new solenoid and not a while new regulator. CO2 continues to flow even after the controller should have shut the solenoid off. The solenoid is open whether its plugged in or not. I took it apart and it seems to be broken, not just stuck. How can I tell if its just the solenoid, and where can I buy a new one?

I use the Reef Fanatic regulator as I read so many good things about them. Works ok, but I am not impressed with it's fine tuning capability - I read a post that someone could dial this in to one bpm.... the best I can do is an order of magnitude from that at 10 bpm.

I use the same Milwaukee MA957 pictured above and it works well for me, once I have it dialed in it stays until the bottle has to be refilled, very accurate never had any problems and Milwaukee has great customer service too.

Update!

I emailed milwaukee saying I was having a problem, and got the response: "Well, since it's friday, I'll ship you a new one free of charge"! It arrived today, got it hooked up, seems to be working great. Two thumbs up for mulwaukee customer service.
