What RO/DI units do you SPS keepers use?

AWI RO DI, been quite satisfied.

IMO, I don't see a huge difference among the nicer ones.

4 Stage AquaFX Barracuda(50 gpd)...got it from Greg at Reefgeek....not the best RO/DI unit because my water has chloramine in it and I have to buy special carbons to break it down before it enters my membrane. 0 TDS, change DI whenever it indicates by color change it needs to be changed and change the sediment and carbon filters every 6 months to be sure the RO membrane is protected. If i had to do over again I would have bought a 5 or 6 stage unit with more blocks on it, but I like giving Greg my business.

What is the difference between the 139.00 and 189.000 typhon III on their site?

It seems it can get an oceanreef+1, kent marine maxxma, and typhoon III, all for the same price. It seems all keepers on here keep a variety of RO/DI units, so I am torn...

I got mine off Ebay, Water General unit from Filter Direct. No problems and TDS at 0ppm.

No problem....I hope you like it as much as I do. No offense people but I don't see paying 3x as much for the same product. Much like MH bulbs there are very few manufacturers of the RO membrane....companies buy them, slap their name on em', and charge way more.
