I use IO and I just supplement Calcium and Alkaline everytime. It's really not that big of a deal or extra cost wise. When you do large orders like I've done last time with Critters, it's only $35 plus tax per box of 200g mix. I've talked to some big well known reefers on here and that's what they told me to do. It works well for me.
