what settings do u keep ur vortechs on?

just got a vortech mp10, man its pretty cool!
just curious what modes you all run on your vortechs?

I run my mp40 in reef crest, though I would like to experiment with the pulse modes to see if I can find the right intensity for some polyp sway back and forth.

ive been running my mp10 on short pulse at 10% intensity since i installed it and the sway action is unbelievable! what a cool and unique device!
