Yes it's normal, Which is why your only supposed to keep a pair of clownfish in any size tank. I would remove two of your current clownfish, before they kill each other.
Darn... The larger one seems to just chase off the other clown but they just started fighting for some reason... I really wanted a mated pair but this is getting pretty hairy... well, at least the 2 others seem to be males.
It also seems that when I put the nem in and the big female marked its territory there, it became more agressive than usual. it's even chasing away the males. Damned thing also keeps scaring away my damselfish. all the clowns go to the nem but the female keeps attacking them. now one of my clowns are looking pretty pale and weak. what's happening!?
Once the female hits the spawning age it stakes out it territory. Eventually it will allow one male to hang out with her. The rest she will continually drive off until she kills them. You should try to get two out of three of the smaller clowns out and put them in a separate tank or return them to the LFS for credit. They shouldn't have sold you four clowns for one tank in the first place.
