Its sediment that you seeing and some fish poo. your skimmer should take it out and i would do a water change and suck out all of it when it settles on your rock.

I'd think about running some sort of filter pad for a few hours to catch the stuff in suspension, but otherwise try to siphon out areas where it's collected and run the skimmer well. it sounds like you stirred up a bunch of stuff where the bioballs were, and I'd be weary of adding LR to the same spot, as you're likely going to collect the same stuff with LR. Just leave the area blank if you don't want this to occur again.

Any pics of your sump?

Detritus should settle after awhile then you can gently turkey baster your LR/corals.

plankton no corals , but when i put a powerhead on my live rock and sand, this crap will cloud up my tank real fast ,its everywere.. i think i shuld have just left the bioballs in ,dont know.. im thinking of stirring all this crap up real good and doing a 70% water change, i think i dont have any other choice..

I would put a temporary filter sock in your sump. It should grab most of the suspended matter in a couple of hrs.

This is a perfect situation for a diatom filter - either a vortex or better yet, a System1 Diatom filter - stir up the tank, let the filter run, stir it up again, it will take out anything down to 1 micron size. works GREAT!!!

(system1 is like $159 online)

I second 'Indymann99' in that a filter sock (100-200micron) would do you good. In fact, a pair of them so you can clean one whilst you are filtering with the other. You could also siphon out your sump the next water change that might also help.
