what size pump/PH?

So im a little stumped on what size pump I would need for my 12g nano. As some might have seen in my previous posts Im going to build a stand for it, I was thinking a 3ft high stand, So with tank and at maybe about 4 feet up to the top of the tank.

Would 300gph be too much or too little...I am going to try and keep some start type SPS digi type and such, so I know they like High flow.

What would you guys recommend ?

About 200-300 GPH would probably be ok on a return from your sump. You don't want too much flow from the sump unless it is really large (things like contact time and bubble traps come up if the flow is too great). With 200-300 GPH much of the mechanics can be in the sump (heater, chiller, fruge, skimmer, auto-topoff, ...) Additional tank flow can be provided by power heads or a closed loop.
