What size pump?

I'm in the process of upgrading my current 150 gal setup to a 233 gal tank within the week. My question is what size pump should I get? I dont plan on keeping any SPS right now. Mainly LPS. But you never know about the future. So far the pumps I am looking at are the Reeflo Dart, Reeflo Snapper, and Reeflo Barracuda.

Many people recommend 3x to 5x total volume turnover through the sump, so somewhere between 700gph and 1150gph at whatever head you will have. For the main flow in the tank, use powerheads/closed loops. The return pump should only serve to get water back and forth from the tank and sump, not to create massive amounts of flow in the tank.

You could probably use something like a Dart, if you use it to also power a skimmer, reactors, etc. and divert some of the flow.
