What size return pump?

What size return pump would I need for a 10 gal tank 10 gal sump/fuge and also would 1/2" plumbing be big enough?
Any suggestions on pump brand or model would be great.

It depends on how high your main tank will be above the lower.

I'm looking at the eheim 1048 chart says 158 gph and delivery head of 4'11" does that mean 158gph at 4'11" or less of head?
and would this pump give enough flow or would I need powerhead?
