what size spectrum pellet

For a fowlr, with a mix of small tangs, 2-3 inches, to large angels, 4-5 inches, what size (mm) pellet would be best? Also, is the "thera" worth the extra few bucks?

Bought some formula two pellets, too small however

I use the 1 mm algae max NLS pellets. I feed mostly frozen and nori, but I will say that these pellets are really very effective at getting weight on tangs. My Naso came out if QT still a bit on the thin side. It's plumped up significantly in the 3 weeks since.
