what size tank to mix flame and coral beauty?

I had both a Potter's and Flame in a 75. Took a little work to get them to get along since I didn't put them in at the same time. But I know of people with 3 dwarf's in a 75.

The best advice I can give is introduce them to the tank at the same time. If you can't, you can use some form of acclimation box to introduce them to one another without them being able to fight.

I had the Potter's for a year and then tried to put in the flame. It was world war III and the flame stood no chance. So I caught the Potter's and put him in QT for a few weeks while the flame settled in. When I reintroduced the Potter's all was well.

+1
added a pair of flame angels to established (larger) Coral Beauty and Cherub...after 48hrs. in acclimation box there was no problems

I have a coral beauty, flame and multicolored in my 65 -- the coral beauty and multicolored have been together for over a year. I moved the flame from my 75 to the 65 about 6 months ago -- left it in an acclimation box for a week. The flame took over as leader of the tank, but no issues b/t the 3 of them.

sweet as I have been thinking about this as well for my 75 am starting to stock.
I know I want a flame for sure, and might try a CB.
I would QT them together in a 40br with egg create between them for a month + then ad to DT

other fish would be:
royal gramma
kole tang
tail spot blennie
six line( if he makes it from QT he not eating much)
purple fire fish
diamond gobie
long noise butterfly
thoughts?

6-lines can be really aggressive and attack and pester most of your fish.

Fire fish have a habit of jumping so you might want to have some form of protective cover. Royal Gramma's are cool. I don't have any experience with the others.

I have had 6 lines in the past and they have been pretty well behaved...
I know it's a toss of the dice with them.

humm this has really got me thinking mow...

nope. I put a flame in my 170 gallon with a coral beauty. I had to take out the flame after a half hour. The only reason i took the flame out was cause he was so exhausted from the coral chasing him.
