so im working on 2 projects right now, at this time im focusing all my time on a nano reef, a 10 gallon desk top. im making a hood from composites for it and im trying to decide between led and mh lighting. the tank will make sps corals and a clown fish. i MIGHT try and keen a nem too but im still not sure about that.

my other project is a bigger tank. i havnt even started work on this one now. i wont even set this tank up untill next summer at the earliest. ill be moving then and hopefully sittin still for a few years after that. i pretty much know how i want to set it up im just not sure what size i want to use. im stuck between a 20" cube (~35 gallons), or a 36x24x20 (~75 gallons). the only reason i would go with the smaller of the 2 is because moving it would be such a *****. and over all price and up keep.

so what do yall think?

definately the 75, a good starting size, many reefers on here keep a 75 and do well with it, i personally am not keen on small tanks although if you know what your doing they can be kept, (just look in the nano forum) however the bigger the better for me so definately the 75

imo go with the 75. i have a 75 as a first time tank and it has not been terribly difficult personally i think you will have a more difficult time with your nano because small problems tend to get magnified in a nano it sees
