what sort of wave should I expect?

I have have a wavebox 6215 on my 180. What sort of wave should I be seeing? Right now the best I can get is about an inch, in this normal? I should I be getting more of a wave?

First, make sure you have it timed properly, you should have a single wave, crest on one side, trough on the other and it should be very steady in height, if this isn't the case, the frequency is close but not quite.

If you have end overflows or a lot rock especially piled on the ends, 1" may be the maximum.

I have a single steady wave, but I have an end overflow- so that may be the issue

With end overflows the wave energy is lost to spilling into the overflow, but so long as the wave is 3/4" or more high you should get a good effect and good flow.
