Aquatic Collection
When I was at Aquatic Collection last Thursday (my first time there) I didn't see even a single fish with trophonts (ICH) on them (not saying they don't have it hidden in them). Yes, if you buy fish from Aquatics Collection, then they will survive your copper ot TTM treatment and they were in that great healthy condition. I bought a number of fish there last thursday. At least AQUATIC COLLECTION have a game plan, and they have nailed it. I think they are running HYPO combined with UV which does the trick, i.e., it reduces the ich bloom and the holes on the fish's body. HYPO probably prevents the encystment after the trophonts fall off and the UV keeps killing whatever theronts pass through it and seems to work hand in hand. Also, they might flush the system once in a while with fresh water to subdue the saltwater pathogens in general.
Saw a powder brown tang at Aquatic Collection and it looked super clean, Healthy and beautiful and that's how it should be sold, and saw a powder brown tang somewhere else (won't say the name of the place) and this one had a white powder all over it (completely iched up). I guess some white powder for the brown powder I guess? haha
