What streams for a 300 SPS

I'm in the process of setting up a 300 (96lx30wx24t) SPS dominated reef. I'll be moving the wavebox from my 180, but can't decide what streams to order. Would i be better off with 2-6201's or 4-6101's?

The 4 6101's offer more versatility and probably a better pattern but the 2 6201's would be sufficient and more aesthetically pleasing. It is really a personal preference.
