I am about to set up a FOWLR and was wondering What tank would be better for larger fish. I am thinking either a 96x24x24 or a 84x30x24(LxWxH). Would larger fish need more lenght or more height?
What tank to set up??

Good question, I am interested to here people ideas on it.
I would guess different fish different needs. but as a rule I would have gone with length just based on the fact the fish I have had in the past tended to hang around the lower 1/2 of the tank so the hight might not have helped much.

Oops I just read my post and I made a typo. What I meant to say was is it better to have more lenght or more width (not height). Yeah fish usually likes to stay around the lower half of the tank.
