Looks like maybe a baby aiptasia at an odd angle.

Sorry haha. About half an inch, 2 months, on the glass, and idk it moved cant find it now. I thought it was a worm of some sorts but then it like frayed out and had multiple heads/tails lol idk!!!

It looks like either a Cirratulid or Terebellid worm IMO.
