Did some regular maintenance on my reef lastnight and notice something at the bottom of the tank on the glass out of the corner of my eye. Can really understand what it is or how it got there, as far as I know it was the only one in the tank. If anyone has an answer to what this might be/ or it could have got there? Nothing is new in the tank and no changes have been made but some movement of some rocks.

I thank you for your help that looks exactly what it is.

I just did some reading and some people say they are good for the tank and others say no because of there polyps. Should I leave them it or take it out?
