What time does the raffle start at the swap today?

Not sure I can make it to the swap today but would like to at least show up for the raffle. What time does the raffle start? And is there a cut off time for buying tickets?

I've went through just about all the frag swap posts here and checked the mtrc website and can't find anything where it says about the time the raffle will start. I can't find any type of schedule for the speakers either. I'm actually at work right now and can't be there from starting time to end. I'm hoping I can be there around 3:00p.m.

Anyone have a clue?
