I have a Smith's Blenny in my 20L currently, and plan on adding one more fish...I had narrowed it down to either cardinals or basslets, however, my LFS has Chalk Bass (option 2) and Royal Grammas (option 1)..I like both, and the Grammas are in much better shape, but I worry about the shape of the Gramma being so alike the Blenny, would it cause a problem??the Blenny is established, so I figured he would manage, but am looking for outside opinions. much appreciated ladies and gents

well i decided on the Royal Gramma, and i am very pleased!The Smith's Blenny flared up a tad, but nothing malicious, and the Gramma returned with some flaring of its own. Just ate some flake, but a little skittish yet for the camera. will post some pics asap

Good choice. Cardinals get larger than most people think or realize. We have a 20L & have an orbic cardinal in our 55, and at 3 1/2 x 3" there's no way would he fit in the 20L, especially since he uses the entire 55 constantly. He's still got some growing to go.
