What to do with a fish in Quarantine

So what do I do now? Cycled ten gallon with a bunch of live rock. I am thinking about taking half the rocks out to make it look a little cleaner. Should I just be watching my fish? Should I be doing anything else?

I just started my quarentine tank. I have a Clown in there currently and he's doing well. He looks clean, swimming a lot and eating. Going to keep watching him for about 6 weeks or so depending how he does and if I have to treat him. Good luck!https://vimeo.com/171625948

Honestly, unless you are trying to keep one of the more difficult species (I'm thinking leopard wrasse or something that relies heavily on pod population), a QT tank is no place for live rock. Should you need to treat for anything -let's say ICH for example- the live rock will need to be removed and cannot be used in your DT.
Read the sticky on QT - they should be bare minimum setups that allow you to observe and treat fish, they are not another form of DT.
