What to feed 8 inch bta

I wanted a cheap nem that my clown fish could host in... but I wanted something in the tank where if they didn't host in it it wouldn't break my heart sooo... gbta it is. This guy is at least 8 inches and he found the only spot in my tank with no flow in it. (which is on the back glass behind my lr where I can't see him) it seems that if I miss just one day of feeding him he shrinks a bit to 6 inches and looks unhappy. Once I feed him he seems to perk back up.

Currently I'm feeding him mysis and krill but those little guys just don't seem to last him. I was wondering what were some things that are good for him but also something where he wont be feeling those hunger pains the next day. Any help would be appreciated.

I have mh lighting. also maybe another reason he went and hid. he was under tiny pc lighting at the lfs. It's a 55 and currently I have one 150W mh light andthinking about getting a second.

i would get a second, it will make the tank look a lot better.. it probably looks a little funny with only one..lol.. he is probably just getting used to the light.. he'll come out.. its a big step from pc's to MH.. just keep feeding him..

well my tank is only 30 inches long but still need to add a second to get full tank coverage. but right now he is stuck very well to the glass which is wierd... I thoght they would prefer my live rock and he didn't have any feeding response just now.
