What to feed new frogspawn????

I add Kent Micro vert once a week is this enough? I reviewed previous posts and found some feed cyclopeeze. I would like to try several different things as to offer some variety. What do all u succesful frogheads use?

Mine seems to do well with cyclopeeze.

Mine has grown huge by just by capturing leftover from feeding blastos. Light & moderate flow have been the major factors...
