What to Replace T5 Refugium Light?

Looking to replace my T5 refugium light with an LED. Kessil's grow light is too expensive at $300 to grow chaeto. What else is there?

you can find a use kessil A150 amazon sun its the best one out there. you could also try those LED grow lights they work well.

Wanted to add the refugium is a 20g high attached to a 120g display with about 210g in the system.

Any recommendations on wattages needed for grow lights?
