What to spend my 500 on?

Okay I have a budget of 500 on some new equipment. I was thinking of and Octo extreme 300. Or a mp40 Gen 2 Vortech.

All im using now is Korillas 4s in two 75 gallon reef tanks.

For skimming I have an msx 160 pro with a bubble plate and an Octopus nw150 modded with mesh.

I need some advise what do you guys think.

Although both ideas would be beneficial, I would upgrade to a better skimmer. Then sell the existing skimmers and use the money toward new pumps.

I like that Idea Jeff. Those octo extreme skimmers are suppose to be the best bang for your buck. I really want an external skimmer there was a killer lifereef skimmer that I missed bummer.

Thanks guys for the offers but I am pretty sure that Octo extreme 300 will out performe a G6, whata think.
