what trace elements should I add to my tank when using kalkwasser only for calcium and alkalinity?

20% water changes are performed monthly.

I thought I read something about Magnesium precipitating when using kalkwasser, can someone clarify.

Limewater (kalkwasser)

I would not dose anything else but kalkwasser. Occasionaly you may need to dose baking soda if alkalinity gets lower and calcium chloride if the calcium falls. But those are not trace elements.

Yes magnesium precipitates but will re-dissolve IIRC. And that is only if its added to the water dry. Wet does not have this effect as much.

Limewater won't "cause" a drop in magnesium, but it does not add any, and over time it may become depleted (although the water changes may offset that). I would not add any without measuring magnesium and seeing if you need any.

All that I do in addition to limewater is 1% daily water changes (with IO that is boosted in calcium and magnesium), silicate for sponges, snails, etc, and iron for macroalgae. :)

This article details all of those issues, and also what I do not think is worth dosing:
