I'm guessing tank is pretty new still, and advise waiting close to the 6mo mark, which should give you plenty of time to research nems and needs/pro's/cons of each species.

Yeah its been running about 5 months or more. I slowly put it together because i failed last time because i rushed with adding too many fish at a time and not being prepared for diseases. But my lfs told me the same thing about the 6 mths wait or that why im looking into it now

If it's your first anemone, I'd suggest a BTA. They're very hardy when you get a healthy specimen. It'll give you some nem experience to decide if you want to stick with those or move to something more challenging.

If you have individual reflectors on your T5, then the light is fine for pretty much anything. Since you tank is newer, I would not go for a more challenging anemone. Also, since this is your first one I agree with bues0022 on getting a BTA. The green and the rose are the same species, but different color morphs. So you can have both in the tank. Of course start with only one. GBTA are usually less expensive than RBTA if that matters.

Of course, if you are thinking of a particular clownfish then finding its natural host would be a good place to start.
