What type if tank is best for seahorses

So I was planning on buying a 47 gallon column aquarium to be the main tank to breed seahorses. Is this size good or would a 37 gallon column be better? The only difference is the 47 gallon column is 5 inches taller. Is there any disadvantage to this tank? I already have the stand, so my choice is liminated to these two tanks.

Tank height may make a difference in your ability to clean the tank. If it's too tall, you may have a hard time reaching the bottom, so consider that if maintenance is too hard, it may fall by the wayside. Our 50 gal pent is like that...I can reach the bottom fine, but with the canopy on it, I have a hard time reaching the bottom even on a small stepladder (and I'm 6 feet tall).

Other than that, always go with more water volume.

That's a good point, which I didn't think of. I think I will still go with the taller tank because the temp. will stay a little more stable since there is an extra 10 gallons. Although I am really glad you mentioned that because now I'll be more prepared when I go to reach for the bottom, especially since I just realized my stand is really tall.
