What type of chiller/heater to use?

I am going to have a 5 gal. hexagon and a 2 1/2 gal. tank for my dwarf seahorses. I want to know which chiller/heater should I use for the two tanks. Where is the best place to get the chiller/heater from?

Personally, I would use an Ice Probe chiller w/temp controller. You can find them on E-Bay or from many different online stores. Cost is about $150.
