I cant tell the difference between false and true percula, or if these are even either type. Im not a fish guy for sure. I am planning on selling them, but i dont know what to price them at. Whats a fair number? They are about 2 1/2-3inches long.

Look like misbared ocellaris clowns to me.
The eyes are "dirty" around the center pupil as opposed to clear around the pupil on a percula clown.

I bought a tank and they came with it.

Tank also came with a blue damsel, and yellow tang. I think im going to sell the yellow tang, and fed the damsel to my nem.

Fed the damsel to the nem? Are you serious? Why not get some salmon or shrimp for your nem and sell the damsel? What in the hell did that fish do to deserve to die? If you honestly did that, you have issues.

to say he has issues is a bit extreme. it's no different than buying feeder fish. are feeder fish less of a fish than a damsel? i would not have done the same but i'm not going to say he has issues.

Sure, but feeding damsels to a nem doesn't qualify as a feeder fish, thought I get where you're coming from. If he's already selling the others why fed a nem the damsel? It doesn't even make any sense. Any local LFS would've taken it for free if nothing else.

Yeah i would agree with that. I had a 55 gallon crack on me 12 years ago and I brought everything to the lfs and they were glad to take. athough the cheap sob's wouldn't even give me a store credit. they got coral, live rock, fish, etc. i spent thousands there between fish and my bird. they're out of buisness now. but back to the original topic i'm a fan of finding new homes myself. i've killed enough fish in this hobby, no sense in doing it on purpose imo.

Absolutely, and so painfully easy too. We had a saddleback clown for almost two years and when we migrated to the 150 she didn't fit into the theme anymore, so I took her to my LFS and now she is a permanent member of one of their frag runners. Problem solved, and she gets to live a happy life.

you both make good points.....but let's not forget that the OP may just have been kiddin :p

LOL funny how one missing letter causes such an uproar. That should have read and feed him to my nem.

To those of you worried about the damsel he is safe. He is well taken care of for now.

I was planning on feeding him to the anemone. Now i guess i wont I just figure a 4 dollar fish wasnt worth the trouble of driving him to the LFS. Plus my anemone is huge and would love a damsel. God knows he loves cleaner shrimp.

Thats an old pic. He is well over double that size
