Give some more detail to what's wrong with him. Was he just not swimming well or spots.. The pic is hard to tell thru the bag

No offense, but it would be a little more helpful if you describe what we are looking for or at. For instance, I can see the end of it's tail. Shredding or not is tell tell. Other things we think we see might just be the so so photograph. JMO

You sir, have sick fish syndrome. Generally irreversible but always worth a try. Are there other fish in the system? Was the sail fin very active before? Does she still actively eat? I added a purple tang to my 65gal and she overpowered my blue hippo and eventually starved her to death...Any anemones or harpoon snails?

I wish I could describe more but it's not my fish. From what I understand he was great and then just went way down hill. He wasn't being picked on. he was the biggest thing in the tank. I think he had a chromis and some small disbar anthias. He was very active. He ate a little tonight. I put it in a 15 gallon rubbermaid to treat him with e.m. erythromycin.
I also fresh water dipped him. I believe he has a couple small anemones.

what can you do to treat sick fish syndrome? (or is this a general term for idk but it ain't good)

Where will you place the thread?
There are several places it may recieve better responses....
As well, you will find that you will get better participation if you can post more infor mation. Pictures are of great value, and all the details you can muster about the tanks setup, and chemistry.
Best of Luck!
