What would you pick?

You have a 26 gallon bowfront aquarium. There is going to be tons of corals, including a variety of sps, lps, and some softies.
There is also 36+ lbs of live rock.

You want 2 true percula clownfish for sure, but what other small fish would you put in here?

Would you put a midas blenny?

Any other type of fish?

None. The true percula pair, once mature, will be extremely aggressive in that size tank.

Try a pistol shrimp/ goby pair.

How about a tough little dottyback like Pseudochromis diadema? He could probably handle 2 percs and not as nasty as most dottybacks.

Will an ocellaris pair make any difference?

Out of curiosity, would just a single Perc rather than a pair be an option for the OP?

Any suggestions, it can be one, two, or no percs.

Just trying to sort out the fish I can get.

Two percs and a tank raised orchid dottyback would work out IMO

Sure, but that perc will become a female after being alone for a while, and it's the females that are often the problem aggressors anyways, so it probably wouldn't make much of a difference on that score.
