Ok 29 gallon tank, 40 lbs Hawaiian live rock, crused coral substrate, mushrooms and ricordia. I have 2 clowns, one yellow tail damsel, and a coral banded shrimp.
What kind of fish would you choose next and Why?
If you have a cover (like an eggcrate) I would consider a wrasse, though many may be too big for a 29g. Why is because of beautiful coloration, assuming you can find one you like thats not too big.
If you have an open top I'd go more conservative and say a goby. I think the yellow ones are cool, nice contrast. Why is because a wrasse will jump out of an open top.
The pistol shrimp will construct the burrow and the goby will keep watch for it thats why said pistol shrimp then goby cause that way the goby wouldn't be to tempted to tear it self up digging.
