What you can tell from this video

In Memoriam
Hi my friends:
The scribble angel dead after 24 hours I received it. Breath heavily since I put him into the tank. I took a clear video including gills and hope someone here can help me identify the cause of his death. I love him so much and the fish is soooo pretty.
My water parameters are perfect and another scribble angel with exactly same size in same system are doing great and eating.
Please give me some input, even if you are not sure but may be you can help me find some clues. The fish's skin is smooth and shining, the gill is healthy red, I see no open wound or parasites.

Here is the video link

Thank you

Where did he come from?

How did you acclimate him?

Was he is a Q-tank before going into your display?

The parameters in your tank may be great but what about where he came from; meaning, if there was a huge difference in PH or salinity could be something to do with that, coupled with stress in the move.

Did you see any of your other fish harassing him?

he looks to be in good weight.

He died in the Q-Tank. I used dripping method for about 2 hours before I put him into the tank. He came from Hawaii as a mail order and he is being captured from the ocean only about 2-3 days ago. My PH is 8.2-8.3 and he shows no stress during the acclimation but a little stress once I put him into the tank. There are 3-4 small goby in the tank which is exactly setup as another scribble angel. The other one is doing great and eating.

he is dead cause you have him on a table not in a tank.:D

sorry if that is to much.

is it possible he was captured using cyanide.
