noob here, whats a cheato and what does it do??

chaeto is green macro algae that consumes nitrates and phosphates. This is what makes it beneficial to your tank.

guys i already have a canister filter, a skimmer, a heater and a power head in the tank, and i dont have any holes on tank to put bulkhead fittings to conect a refigium, having all these equipment do i really need and fuge for my 46 gal tank???, if i put a fuge on my tank can i take out the filter canister??? can i install my heater, skimmer and top off float on fuge???, the fuge will act as a water filter???? and last no haveing overflow on tank how can i send water to fuge from tank???

You don't need a fuge, but I think it is good to have. You don't really need the canister filter either, will just produce nitrate in the tank. Yes you can put all your equipment in the fuge if you choose. If the fuge has enough chaeto, it will filter the water and use the nitrate and phosphate. If you want to move the water you can either buy hang on overflow or make one. Here are some threads to look at. I use the overflow in the first thread.
