Whats a fair price?

I've been struggling with this question for a while.
What defines a price when selling a coral?
I assume that price is to be based on
  1. Availability/ Rareness
  2. Color
  3. Size
  4. And for the retailers, their profit margin
Then after that, I assume its supply and demand.

But for the reefer how should one price a coral.
Myself I like to be fair and give people a good deal, that being said when I sell frags I don't sell $10 "1 inch frags" and never anything with only one branch usually two or three at the least.

Here's the thing, I have large yellow / green monti cap that I want to sell because, well I want the real estate for other things and I have a couple of large pieces elsewhere in my tank. I don't know what to ask for it or what someone would be willing to pay for it.
I want to post it on my local forum but really have no idea what to charge.
I know what a $50 colony at our LFS would sell for but thats it.

Here are some pics,

It's approx. 10 inches wide, 10 inches tall and 10 inches deep. sort of like a ball.
Thats a 6.5 inch powder blue just so you get the idea of size.

I'm looking for suggestions on this and also to see where the thread will go...

Cheers

My suggestion is to frag it into some larger peaces and sell those instead of the colony.

Been there done that...I cut it back about a year ago and had about 6 large 3 inch frags that I was selling. Three of them sold and the others I still have, only now they too are full colonies, attached to my live rock and are in the 7 inch range...I'm scared to frag it and end up with frags all over my tank and not being able to sell it.
