I am finally looking to try some other anemones in my tank, right now I have 3 RBTA's that are doing great. tanks been running for 3 years, dual 250 watt MH and is a ULNS, I am guessing because of my 150 gal sump/fuge. I will be upgrading to a 4x3x? tank in the hopefully near future but we all know plans change so even though I want one by the end of the year it may not happen so fast lol. I would like to stay away from carpets mainly cause I don't wanna take the chance on them eating my fish. and my sand bed is only about 1-1.5" deep. so any suggestions on anemones for this tank?

here are a couple pics of the ones I have now.

Actually, my Haddon's carpet acclimated well. None of my fish (20" snowflake eel, Lemon Peel Angel, Pajama Cardinals, Humu Humu, Cinnamon Clowns and Lawnmower Blenny) have any problems with it. I goofed thinking the clowns might pair off with the nem, but I should have done my homework better. The eel learned a quick lesson when it tried to take some food from the anemone. A few tentacles were lost when the eel brushed against them, and the nem healed quickly (I guess these things happen in nature.).

I guess what I'm saying is that fish wise, the carpet is not that aggressive. On the other hand, I did lose an LTA when I introduced it into the aquarium. The carpet didn't come in contact with the LTA. I'm not sure whether the LTA was damaged when removed at the LFS, because it survived only for 48 hours before it literally disintigrated after reinflating. The carpet wasn't even phased. I've read where one species' nematocysts' toxin can actually be released in response to another species presence's mucus/protein in the same tank. This will kill the "less aggressive" species.

I'm getting a 120 gal upgrade shortly. This may help dilute out the toxins, if I decide to add other species of anemones. Or maybe just get another Haddon's. Mine is blue...an electric green or purple would be nice.
