What's a good antibiotic that is also reef safe to dose.I have a small majestic angel with about 5 white fluffy looking spots.It is eating great and seems normal.

fungal infections are usually really rare in saltwater fish. from the description it might be lymphocystis.

has it changed in any way over the past couple of weeks? has it progressed or confined to the same spots.
is there any way to get a closer/clearer picture under regular white color lights? maybe post a video in youtube and post link here if possible?

send me the pics when you can but from what I could tell from the original picture you send my guess is that its lympho. Angels are known to be prone to them. Its viral and tends to go away on its own with good water quality within a month or so.
