Whats a safe, reliable, affordable heater?

Hello everybody! Looking to purchase an extremely safe and reliable heater for my new 120. I would appreciate comments on whats good or not so good. This is the biggest safety concern for my setup as I know these can burn houses down if defective. Thanks in advance for your input.

i use 2 won brothers titanium 250w on mine with a controller, to me using any heater without a controller is fish roulette..........

I saw those. Is it safe to say that the titanium heaters are much safer?

I use a 400 watt Hydor and couldn't be happier with it. I've had it six months with no problems to report so far. It sits in my overflow.
