What's goin on with my ric

I will get a pic up in a bit, but I have a ricorida with 2 mouths, it had them both yesterday and today there is a hole where they used to be. So now I have a ric with a hole and no mouth!! Other than that it looks good. Still fully opened and good color. Any Ideas?? workin on the pic.

1) Something ate the mouth
2) Its irritated so its mouth opened up, sort of like reversed it self showing its guts.

keep an eye on it, its hard to kill a shroom. i've chopped a small ric into 4 and all 4 of them are doing fine.
