whats going on?

I was trying to catch a fish in my 110g so i had the light off sereval hours{no ..i did not catch the fish} but since then..my overflow keeps riseing and lowering causing this gurggle thats driving me crazy...
any ideas whats going on?
i appreciated everyones help.

My first thought would be to inspect & clean the return pump.

You mighta stirred something up, and it got clogged in your pipes... Or in the intake of the pump...
