Whats growing on this rock?

In I have this growing on the bottom of this rock. The picture is as good as i could get it for now. I am referring to the small white things with little hairs on it in the lower right of rock they seem to be gelatinous in structure.

Might be a peanut worm, which are ok to have. But im not 100 % sorry!

I'm thinking they are sponges. I have several myself. From what I understand, that's a good thing.

those would be Pineapple Sponges. harmless filter feeders.

I have tons of them. If yo uhave a sump they will probably be in ther too. Thats where i see most of mine.
