whats happening to my paly

I have had these two for a few weeks now. They were fine, but a couple days ago one of the palys has not close or completely open. it is the paly on the right in the pictures. Is there anything wrong with it?

just stressed or irritated. What's your pH and Alk at?

ph is about 7.8, alk I don't have a good test yet, but the strip test says it is a 280 (KH)ppm.

it's your alk and pH... try getting your pH to 8.0-8.2 and your alk at 10DKH or 178.PPM
polyps are easily affected by these 2.

yours although Green and a PE is similar to the Jolly green giants which have Brown skirts.

I believe the GPE have either all green skirt or have mix of lavender/purple with green. I've usually seen them mostly green or skirts have some green hue's.

Do you have a top down pick for better ID >? not side view shot.. If your polyp has mostly green on the disk and no pinkish/purple like the JGG's then yours would most likely be a GPE or a morph.

I have what may be the same problem. Please see and advise!

Some SPS introductions about a month ago, all parameters are
normal for this tank: calcium 400, alk 9 pH, 8.2-8.4, temp 79,
nitrate 0, phosphate reads 0 but there are 2-3 clumps of hair
algae growing in the tank. All other corals seem okay to me.
