Whats killing my fish?!

"Ich" has decimated my tank, the few fishes I got to get out of the DT to the hospital tank were to weak to fight it off.

It all started 15 days ago. From 11 fishes I only have 3 left.

Sympthoms...well iching against rocks, flashing, etc. The hidding, then dying. They all have died in different times (you can see that from the name file of the pic)

Performed a water change on tuesday, planing another on sunday.

Im really not sure is ich now, here are some pics of the fish to see if you guys can help me out.

Difficult to impossible to tell from dead fish.

The description you give, especially the hiding right before death, would fit velvet.

so that means that my tank will always have velvet if I dont a fallow period of 90 days. If I have surviving fish (only 3 atm). Will the velvet always be there even if they are inmune to it?

Unfortunately, YES.
They will eventually loose their immunity and die as well.
