What's my acro doing?

I've had this Cali tort for about two months, it was a gift from a fellow reefer. He cut it off his colony and it's been healing in my tank. Ive notice a bit of growth to it but last night one of the polyps looked funny and is kind of "œblowing" in the flow. Any idea? I hope it's not the start of RTN.
