What's my tang doing?

I have had a regal tang for about 3 days and has beeb doing great, but just noticed today he will rub him self side ways against the sand. Is this a sign of anything?

are you supplementing garlic and vitamins in his food? if not you should it will help fight off diesease not cure him, but help him fight it.

did you QT?? what other fish is he with is it a sign of agression tward another fish my sohal slamed himself on the sand and or rocks to scare my 4 1/2" sebea clown away hope for the best expect the worst

I do soak food in garlic/vitamin.

I cuurently have 2 clowns and 1 flame hawk with the tang.
